Wayfair also has very poor wages for the amount of work they have you do. Also- if you don’t get enough taken (these are OPTIONAL) surveys the customers do if they want- if you don’t get enough you’re also lectured. They have CSAT surveys and a 4 is the same as a 1 when it comes to them, you get perfect 5s or you’re a failure. Employees are voicing this training is not good enough and is honestly embarrassing- but they don’t care your just a place holder. The reality is there’s next to no training (days, not even weeks) and most of the training is about metrics, not actual program functions and what you need to know. ![]() ![]() This company was projected to be awesome and how great the culture is.
